Our Colorado Springs facility includes significant maintenance and repair capabilities. Upon initial evaluation and diagnostics, our technical team offers the following levels of service:

All detectors maintained and repaired go through the following tests prior to being returned:
- IDCA cooling rate test – cooler performance
- Getter Firing – maintains dewar vacuum efficiencies, which leads to extended detector life
- Temperature diode testing – ensuring IDCA reaches and maintains correct cooling set point
- Heat Load – provides a look at the dewar’s ability to shed heat that is built-up inside the vacuum
- Radiometric Testing- Recalibrates detectors to factory/customer’s original specs and allows tech to compare test results to factory results to aid in evaluation process.
