    SCD’s uncooled detectors (SWIR and VOX Bolometers) are used in driver vision enhancement systems to enhance a driver’s viewing capabilities while operating during degraded visual conditions, such as darkness, fog, smoke or dust. These systems are mainly used in armored vehicles, providing their drivers with full visibility so they can safely maneuver their vehicles in battlefields full of obstacles and/or at low visual conditions.
